Vanaajamaja experts are counselling the owners of old houses in south-eastern Estonia, mainly in Põlva, Võru and Tartu counties. The expert comes over, takes a good look of your house, explains the condition of the house, and makes recommendations for the materials and work order.

All of our experts do the counselling aside of their professional work, they are full-time entrepreneurs, therefore we ask you to be patient – they will come to your house as soon as they can, but it might take time, sometimes as long as 4 weeks. The price of the counselling is 75 eur (about 1 hour) + transportation (0,3 eur/km calculated from Mooste).
