July 29 – August 9, 2024
Setomaa, Estonia

Miikse church is a tiny wooden church in Setomaa, next to Russian border. It was built in 1952 and is surrounded by a small cemetery. The church was built on the initiative of local community and in the same way the idea to renovate the 70-year-old building was born and is led by local community in 2024.
