Tradition4Transition is a project that will train professionals and career changers aged 50+ in sustainable building and energy-efficient renovation methods, thereby enhancing the target group’s employability and capacity to remain actively engaged in the labour market for as long as possible. The project is financed by the Central Baltic Programme (June 2026 – May 2029) and is a collaboration with Bulduri Technical School from Latvia and the Building Preservation Companies of Sweden economic association.

 

 

Take the Challenge! is a project that establishes and promotes employment opportunities in timber framing on the labour market in Baltics financed by Central Baltic Programme (May 2023 – Oct 2024).

 

 

E-Academy of Building Trades is a E-learning Platform of Traditional Craftsmanship that provides digital type of learning materials helping to revive and maintain  traditional building methods financed by Erasmus+ (0ct 2019 – Sept 2022).

 

 

REDIAPRO is a partnership to promote the start-up of a small-scale, regionally organized construction industry, which is formed from traditional building skills, building traditions and craft activities related to architecture financed by Erasmus+ (Sept 2014 – Sept 2016).
