Sending and returning
Payment for the goods is possible after receiving the order confirmation e-mail. The goods are shipped after the required sum is transferred to the bank account of the online store.
Shipments within Estonia will be delivered via Omniva or SmartPOST parcel machines. Choose the most convenient parcel machine. You can retrieve your parcel by entering a personal door code, which will be sent to you, either by SMS or e-mail. After entering the correct code, the locker will open and you will be free to collect your parcel. If you do not pick up the parcel within 7 days, it will be returned to the sender. Generally, you will receive your parcel within 2-5 business days after the payment has transferred to our bank account.
International orders will also be shipped out via Omniva parcel service. The parcel arrives to your post Office. Generally you can expect your parcel to arrive within 3-14 business days, depending the destination country.
If your destination country is not listed, please contact us via info@vanaajamaja.ee. Outside the Eurozone we accept the payments via TransferWise.
After receiving the order, the purchaser has the right to withdraw from the contract entered into with the e-store within 14 days. To return the goods, you must submit a declaration of withdrawal, to the e-mail address: info@vanaajamaja.ee within 14 days of receiving the goods. Please add the order number and the name of the purchaser. The returned goods must be unused and packaged in a way that ensures the safe delivery. If there are any signs of use or wear and tear, the online store has the right to refuse to accept the returned goods.
The right of withdrawal does not apply if the purchaser is a legal person.
If the goods have arrived via the Omniva or SmartPOST parcel machine, then the purchaser can return the goods in original packaging within 14 calendar days to the same parcel machine, using the withdrawal code from the SMS or e-mail that informed the arrival of the parcel.
